She also holds a BA from Lafayette College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Marianne specializes in wellness coaching, education, and consulting for individuals and corporations and has hands-on experience in: managing client relationships, coaching others, consulting business groups, designing and facilitating curricula, running business operations, and implementing strategic solutions. She has contributed to Fitness, New York, and Time Out NY magazines, SheKnows.com, and NY1 News. You can also catch her “live” at various workshops and panel discussions.
Marianne's passion for health, nutrition and fitness allows her to understand first-hand how the demands and stresses of a busy lifestyle can affect your health. A few years ago, Marianne had an accident while training for a triathlon and was diagnosed with pneumomediastinum and asthma which were caused by a combination of stress and pollution. Although the pneumomediastinum resolved itself, she learned that synthetic hormones were the only cure for her chronic asthmatic condition. Marianne began her journey to discovering alternative treatments to these prescribed medications. She embraced acupuncture, pilates, yoga and a diet of natural, organic, whole foods. Now with her health fully restored, Marianne is running faster than she can remember, enjoying her corporate experiences, spending an abundance of time with family and friends. This time it is even better because she is healthier, happier, and living a balanced lifestyle.
Prior to starting her wellness business, Marianne Bellino had extensive experience working at major financial and consulting organizations. Most recently she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she was a learning coach and consultant. In that role, she understood the ongoing needs of her clients and provided value-added learning, development and other strategic solutions to meet their individual and business goals. Marianne previously held similar roles at Avistar, Accenture, and JP Morgan Chase. She has and continues to volunteer in mentoring and tutoring programs for the Girls Scouts, Chelsea High School, Step-Up Women's Network, and Women's World Banking.
All of these experiences contribute to Marianne's approach and programs for providing wellness coaching, education, and consulting services to individuals and corporations.
